Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our web site, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your toy box. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Payment

We accept Visa and Master Card You may provide your credit card information via phone or over the Internet. Direct Bank Transfers are also welcome.

Shipping and Handling

Australian Postage and Handling is from $4.50 to a maximum of $10.50. The amount is calculated when you are ready to check out.

International Orders - we ship anywhere - Please E-mail for a quotation.

Delivery Schedule

Your goods will normally be despatched within a few days, some items that are made to order may take 5 to 7 days depending on our manufacturing schedule. If you need something urgently please let us know and we will do whatever it takes to assist you.

Australia Post delivery times may vary but usually take 2-3 days. Most packages will require a signature on delivery but we will happily arrange delivery to your work address or to a relative or neighbour. If, for any reason, your order cannot be delivered within 3 weeks, we will contact you.

GST

All our prices include 10% goods and services tax for Australian residents. For international orders we will adjust and advise final price when we quote delivery costs.

Guarantee

We are very proud of our products and their quality and are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you wish to exchange or return an item please do so within 30 days in a salable condition. P&H and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded.
